This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Matched ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. Matched is a card-matching game developed by Skylert Software. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who plays, including children.

Information we collect

We do not ask for or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The App has no user accounts.

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to understand how players use the game in aggregate. This may include:

• App activity: anonymous in-game events, such as starting or completing a level, and which level or world was played.
• Device and technical information: general device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic data.

This information is collected in an aggregated, anonymous form. It is used solely to understand gameplay trends and improve the App. It is not used to identify you and is not used for advertising.

How we use information

We use the anonymous, aggregated analytics data to:

• See which levels and features are popular or where players have difficulty,
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems,
• Improve and plan future updates to the game.

Advertising

The App contains no advertising and does not use advertising networks. Consistent with our all-ages audience, analytics is configured to not collect advertising identifiers and we do not allow analytics data to be used for personalized advertising.

Children's privacy

Matched is intended to be enjoyed by everyone, including children under 13, and we take children's privacy seriously.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (or anyone).
• The App has no ads, no in-app purchases, no chat or social features, and no account creation.
• Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated, and is not used for advertising or to build profiles of users.

This approach is designed to align with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's policies for apps directed to families. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent any data. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google as our service provider. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Aggregated analytics data is retained by the analytics service according to Google's standard retention settings and is used only for the purposes described above.

Security

We rely on the security practices of the Google Firebase platform to protect the limited, anonymous data collected. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard information.
